What is the delivery time for my order?

Orders within the United States usually arrive within 6–10 business days (Mon–Fri) after dispatch.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.


What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Occasionally, deliveries may take a little longer due to high demand, carrier delays, or seasonal periods.

How do I return an item?

We’ll reply with clear return instructions so you can send your item back safely.


What are the return conditions?

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused and unwashed
• All original tags are attached
• The product is returned in its original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene reasons, certain baby products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Can I cancel my order?
