From the moment you place your order, we focus on one thing: making sure it arrives safely, calmly, and exactly as expected.

Delivery Time

United States
• Average delivery time: 6–10 business days (Mon–Fri) after dispatch

United Kingdom & Canada
• Average delivery time: 7–12 business days, depending on location

Delivery times can vary slightly due to location, shipping volume, or seasonal demand.

During busy moments — such as holiday periods or special events — delivery may take a little longer.
If that happens, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.


Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 1 business day
• We ship on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
• Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email


Shipping & Tracking

We work with UPS and trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

• Free shipping is available on eligible orders — details are shown at checkout

Insured Shipping (Optional)
• Available for a small additional fee
• Gives extra peace of mind with priority handling and full coverage during transit


Delays & High Demand

Sometimes demand can be higher than expected — especially during special sales or seasonal moments.
If your order arrives a little later than planned, thank you for your patience.

Delivery Notes

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays
• If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may try again or return the package
• Weather or carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery times


Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
• Some items may not be available in all regions — you’ll see this clearly at checkout


Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, local taxes or import fees may apply.
Any such charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
